1. What we collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and display name. We do not receive or store your Google password. You may update your display name at any time from your profile settings.

We also store task data, comments, and sprint information that you create within the application.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to operate the application: authenticate you, display your tasks, send notifications you have opted into, and provide collaboration features within your team. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

3. Notifications

If you connect a Telegram account or enable email notifications, we will send you task-related updates based on your notification preferences. You can disable all notifications at any time from your room settings.

4. Cookies and sessions

We use HttpOnly, Secure session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Session tokens expire automatically and are rotated regularly for security. Access tokens (JWTs) have a maximum lifetime of 30 minutes.

5. Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact the administrator of your team. Task and comment data associated with your account will be removed upon deletion.

6. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Authentication tokens are signed with RS256 asymmetric keys. Database access is restricted to the application backend. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information.
